Catawba Falls Baptist Church in Old Fort, N.C was established as a mission of Old Fort First Baptist Church in 1934.
It began as Sunday school only, taught by Mr. T.B. Faw. The church school was located in the old
Catawba Falls School house for a number of years. On September 21, 1954 it was reorganized as a Baptist Church.
And the first church was erected that same year. We are an old fashioned King James Bible believing Church
